Payment Terms and Conditions 
You agree to comply with our guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of products through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase orders and payment made between you and the seller.

  1. You agree to pay for products by credit or debit card that can be used for a legal settlement
  2. You agree not to cancel the payment later unless you receive a product that does not appropriate to the agreement, the product has not been delivered within the shipping period, or the product you receive is significantly different from the seller description
  3. You acknowledge the Refund Policy of a payment that are successfully paid, this can be done only when the seller agrees and notifies the refund request.
  4. You acknowledge all refunds to be made through the original payment method and to the person making the transaction.
  5. You acknowledge no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The refund process may take time and depends on each bank and/or the payment service provider who process the refund.

Tigerbay.com has a 7 days return policy!
If a problem occurs with the product, tigerbay.com has a return policy within 7 days of the date the product was delivered to the customer.
A product is processed through the “Return & Exchange Policy” under the following conditions:

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • Item must be in new condition and unused.
  • Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Dysfunctional products

  • Customers are able to exchange or return a product, if there is a problem with the product such as wrong model, color, not working or any condition that prevents the normal function of the product
  • Product must not be defective/damaged by the customer.
  • Receipt/Document confirming the payment from the bank or the email, sale slip / tax invoice must be returned with the product.
  • Product must be unused, the product brand or price tag must be intact and be returned with all original packaging and accessories, as well as warranty document and manual.
  • Product must be under the condition determined by the manufacturer and shall not fall into the condition of non-returnable product.
  • Product provided under the condition of promotion such as premium, exchangeable product, purchasing product, etc. must be returned together with the major product.
  • Expense occurred from the transportation of the returning product, gift-wrapping cost, special package, installation and other Service Fee are non-refundable.
  • Remark: The following products are not refundable
    • Special order products / order to manufacture
    • Clearance/Special price products
    • Product in bad condition
    • No original packing
  • Tigerbay.com will not accept returned product if it is returned because it does not suit the customers' personal taste and style.
  • Products damaged during delivery We reserve the right to accept returns. But we are happy to provide repair services by charging only the cost of labor, shipping and necessary materials.
  • If it’s possible, take a photo of the problem and send the photo and a copy of transport receipt with signage to gardenathailand.com.
  • IMPORTANT is also to notify the carrier in writing.
  • The company reserves the right to change Return products that do not meet the above conditions.

Return / Change of goods

  • If it’s possible, take a photo of the problem and send the photo and a copy of transport receipt with signage to Tigerbay.com.
    Describe the problem in a written email to Gardenthailand (info@spica-siam.com) or call +66(0)2 721 7373.
  • Customer will be responsible for the transportation fee until the inspection of the product is done and our Customer Service will contact the customer. Send back with Thailand Post EMS or / and if special transport please contact Customer Service.
  • Tigerbay reserves the right not to refund in cash for every case.
  • The options for refund are:
    • Transfer to customers’ bank account (same name on the account as the order) excluding bank transfer account fee. Transfer within 7-15 days after confirmation to accept the return
    • Refund as a coupon to be used as cash in Tigerbay, within 7 days after confirmation to accept the return
    • Refund the credit amount to customers credit card, within 15 days after confirmation to accept the return
